We also provide allergen testing to support on-label claims and protect consumers from potential allergenic responses. We provide gluten testing in-house, incorporating both standard and competitive ELISA methods for modified and non-modified foods. We can also support your broader allergen testing needs for targets such as milk, soy, egg, sesame, fish and nuts.
